We requested removing all dirt, releveling the soil, By leveling the stones to be symmetrical and adding more soil, Relevel the ground for drainage away from the house. Install the weed sheet after all levels have been completed. Dig space, plan the flowerbed in the backyard, and build a deck.
Because water was dripping and all of the insulation was wet, we were asked to repair the ceiling, so we removed the old one and reinstalled the new dry wall, insulation, and vapor barrier. Now it looks as good as new, and we also got a request to remove the carpet and install lemonade flooring.
